Do not sign the Parental Agreement for electronic devices, or if you already did, email the principal to nullify the agreement. A principal can choose to honor the parent’s wishes for their child not to use the electronic device and print the child’s material instead. A principal can also go against a parent’s wishes and give the child a school-issued Chrome Books while on campus and not make the parent aware.

Go to www.gofollett.com, pick your location and find your school and you will be brought to the school’s library page. In the search bar on the top right side of the screen, type in a keyword. Examples: transgender, sex, rape, etc. ACTinAction has counted more then 40 books on those keywords in single elementary schools, so these kinds of books are in circulation to young children.
Send an email to your child’s librarian, teacher and principal with the book key words or categories that you deem inappropriate. Below is an example a parent sent for their elementary-age children:
